1. Junior QA Analyst(Abuja)
We are currently looking for a Junior QA Analyst who will be part of a dynamic QA team testing all in-house developed applications. You will be working closely with the projects team on development and maintenance projects and with developers to implement IT systems based on requirements specifications within challenging timescales. You will plan and prepare for the testing of new developments and to repeat and review existing test documentation for system upgrades and regression tests. You will work with all the different business units within Trident to identify testing requirements and provide feedback.

Roles:
To plan, develop and run tests, and to specify and prepare test environments, in order to verify systems against requirements specifications and technical designs; that are high quality, documented and delivered on time according to the project plan.
To review and update documentation, and undertake other tasks within a wider quality assurance and risk control remit as directed by the Test Manager or Technical Director.
To analyse observations, record and categorise clear issue reports and support issue resolution.
To understand the purpose, architecture and dependencies of systems under test based on specification documentation, and communication with users and developers.
To be aware of system and project risk, and how it affects the level of testing reassurance required.
To actively contribute to a positive team spirit.
To follow IT policies and procedures.
To help maintain all in-house developed systems, to test that the quality of proposed functional changes is appropriate and that system performance is maintained through upgrades.
To keep skill set up to date with developments in testing technology so that the business can easily adopt new technologies and grow with changes in the IT industry.


Knowledge:
Preferably, a graduate with a background in software development, possibly with a computer science related degree.
Preferably, ISEB Foundation Certificate in Software Testing.
Testing experience including test development within a Technical environment with a good knowledge of IT test principles and awareness of the full Software Development Lifecycle (AGILE) will be advantageous.

2. Network Engineer
We are currently looking for a Network Engineer with a solid working knowledge in,trouble shooting, installing, designing and configuration of complicated networks, wireless and virtual networks. You will be working with the networking team on the design and installation of i-HUB projects.

Skills:

Scheduling and monitoring

Problem analysis and problem-solving skills

Knowledge:
Excellent working knowledge of desktop virtuaisation and VMware.
Hands on experience with Unix, Linux and Windows server platforms.
Experience of creating detailed designs for network solutions.
Good knowledge of network architectures (remote site, data centre, remote access, WAN, Firewalls).
Preferably, should at least be certified to Cisco CCNA level.
