I think you should see a urologist at any teaching hospital in Lagos. Urologists are specialist doctors that are in the best position to handle any issues relating to the male and female urinary tract and the male reproductive system.

Please go as soon as possible cos delay might be dangerous. You are really quite young to suffer this which might become full blown impotence in the long run. The sooner the cause of the problem is identified and treated, the better.

If an infection is diagnosed, he'll prescribe the best course of antibiotics for it. Good luck.
