The Kakhovka Hydro, which the Ukrainian forces attacked with HIMARS and Olkha rockets on Monday morning, stays in operation and there are no breakthroughs in the dam, the head of the Novaya Kakhovka administrative district, Vladimir Leontiev, told TASS on Monday.

"The power plant stays operational. True, some roads leading to it have been damaged. But the power plant keeps working," he said, adding that the strike had caused no casualties.
