Please I want to apply for a fresh passport that I will be using by October. I'm based in Benin City. Does anyone have experience with Benin Immigration office? Are they DIY friendly?
What about Warri office, are they more DIY friendly than Benin office?
Please your advice will help me in deciding which of the two offices to go with little or no challenge.

Good day Prof WIP 7 and other distinguished mentors.

I'm a graduate of Polymer and Textile Engineering (2011). Did my masters in Polymer Science and Engineering (2016). Because of my desire to become a research professor, I started my PhD program in Polymer Science in 2017. My research area of interest is "green synthesis and characterization of nano materials for remediation of heavy metal contaminated wastewater."

I have forwarded application letters to the few institutions that offer programs related to my course of study for academic job (assistant lecturer) but have not been successful.

I successfully completed my PhD course work in 2018. But I have not been able to start the research component because of lack of funds.

I have therefore decided to stop my PhD program and look elsewhere (abroad) for opportunities I can leverage on to enable actualize my dream.

I therefore solicit your guidance on how best I can secure a PhD scholarship anywhere in the world or work and study opportunities ( teaching/research assistant Job) that will enable me raise funds for the program.

Have registered. And I tried it yesterday 8pm. The only auction available was I think #10k to #50k. And the bank for it was UBA.
I was confused. My bank is GTB and the listed bank for that auction was UBA. Could I have participated in the auction irrespective of differences in bank?
