My mum received a passport request letter today for a visiting Visa. I want to use DHL to send her passport/return it to her. Is there any other documents to add apart from her Passport,Passport Request Letter, and VFS Consent form? Or is there any other options for mailing?

Hello house. Please is there a timeframe for passport collection at the vfs office Abuja.
A friend of mine submitted her passport for her Canadian visa stamping at the vfs office Abuja some days back. She didn’t pay for courier because her office is very close to the vfs office (5 mins walk) and she planned on going in person to pickup when it’s ready. She had an emergency that took her out of Abuja yesterday and this morning, she got a text from VFS saying her passport is ready for collection. She wants to know if she can pickup the passport when she returns to Abuja by mid January.

Please how do I submit my passport. Am getting different answers

My passport will expire in 2 years, can I do a new passport with 10yrs validity and submit for stamping

I have previously visited UK in 2019 and India in 2015, I mentioned the visas and included copies, also mentioned it in my Sop, I also made sure to explain every doubt like my hotel reservation was for 2 instead of 1 person which I contacted the customer service to change it but they never got back to me. I made a table of my proposed itinerary in my Sop, stating activities for each day.

I now tend to believe that if one receives early pick-up email it's a rejection unless the applicant is a frequent traveler.

. I applied on 16th Aug in Abuja and got a text for passport pickup today. Am yet to collect it but I believe God will do it for me
