good day all

1.can i use my IRCC sign on i used when i applied for student Visa to apply for visitors visa though i was denied visa then.
2.i want to go with my spouse for my younger brother wedding anniversary in Dec( he recently got a job in canada and he moved with his family from UK) i also have a sister who just finished her maters in canada.
3. i work in a bank and my wife a govt worker

please i need advice

Also I have siblings in Canada, they have finished their masters with work permit awaiting their PR, can I write we want to visit them? At least we can stay in their house for the period and this will reduce the cost of accommodation.

Flight reservation is not necessary. Just know your intended date of travel. That should be the least of your worries. Purposes of trip snd relevance to your life and work, Proving you will come back and home ties is the real deal.

I filled in DS 160 form that I will enter the US on 12 May but the flight reservation I have says 11th May.

Do I need to make another reservation or I should go with that one

if am asked HAVE YOU EVER BEEN DENIED VISA BEFORE, should i tell them i was denied Canada study visa when i apply to acquire another degree or should i say i have not been denied US visa before

Your challenges are bigger than those two (2) questions .


1. Anything financial / fund / charity donation etc activities in the United States is not taken with levity because there are lot of organizations that uses such occassion for fraudulent purposes.

2. For you to be taken serious at the US embassy , your present job or profession must be related to such occasion , and you or your organisation must have being doing the same fund raising or charity donation activities with genuine evidences back in your country or anywhere .

3. Another aspect to be consider is that you must be part of the fund raising organizers (online or physically etc ), or you must be part of the campaigners or speakers on that day etc which must be stated in your invitation letter .

4. *** My friend , if the above narrative is not in anyways related to you, then i would rather you abandoned this idea because you are even going for quasi-political activities which is being frown at by the US embassies .

A community is having a convention in US to raise funds for some projects in the community and I was invited for the occasion.

How do I answer the following questions during interview

1. What is your purpose of visiting US
2. Why did they invite you for the convention

He did it in Lagos, he will do it in Nigeria.

I belong to my secondary school old students association of 92 set. the association has been dormant for 3years because of some quarrel that came up among members.

Ending of last year the executives met and decided that I should take over as chairman of the group from Jan 2024 with the mandate to revive the group and conduct elections by Dec 2024.

Please I need advice on the following:

1. How to bring the aggrieved members back
2. What to do to revive the group
3. How to select those that will help me do the work.

Please no insults. I need help.

NB: when the group was vibrant we assisted a lot of members who needs help financially and otherwise. We also had several end of year party.
