So here we are, Day two; No claims being made here about performing miracles, I just want others to benefit from the principles of "continual coming" and “NO is not an option” that has worked times without number in my life.

How the Fast is observed would best be determined by the participant, your type of job must be taken into consideration, for me I work in an office so I can afford to stay without food for the whole day,

PRAY UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS

At some point in our lives, we come to that mountain that seems to defy all odds, in our different capacities we do all we can to overcome or surmount the problem, but it just wouldn’t budge, the mountains come in different forms; financial incapacitation, marital distress, blackmail, joblessness, betrayal, loss of a loved one, business failure, marital delay, false accusation, abandonment, loneliness, etc (I will deliberately leave out the current Economic recession); we engage in a long rigmarole of meaningless exercises which most often than not end in futility, all in a bid to break free from the chains.

Lately, there has been an increase in suicidal attempts in the country, I laugh at so many people here on this forum calling them cowards, I think to myself “just pray you don’t get to that point in your life”,

Our abilities to deal with a given problem are different, we are all born with different default temperaments or dispositions, that is why you see two people suffer the same tragedy, one laughs and moves on giving little or no thought, the other broods over the problem for weeks until it gives birth to depression and consequently….. (You are also free to use MMM crash as a case study)

Now, what if I told you that no matter what you may be going through, no matter the depth you find yourself in that problem, there is a way out, am not talking about half way solutions, or “how I for do?” kind of solution, I am talking about solution given according to your wish, the best part is that it’s all going to take place here on Nairaland, and if you follow me through this program, you will give your praise report here also.

Start preparing your mind for the days ahead, because in the beginning of the fast you will experience pain, but remember no pain, no gain.
Tonight meditate on Psalm 51, psalm 86, 1jn4v9&10, 1jn1v9 these are basically verses dealing with repentance which is where we will start from. Read these and any other as the Holy Spirit leads.
