Voting in some areas of Nigeria has been officially delayed until Sunday because of technical problems, Nigeria's Independent National Electoral Commission said Saturday. In areas of the country where there were no problems, voting in the country's presidential election continued as scheduled. She was stabbed in the neck with a broken glass, cut open and had her baby pulled from her abdomen in the attack.A knife with a 3-inch blade was found at the scenLane, who has two teenage daughters, has been held on $2 million bail after a brief hearing at Boulder County Jail, Colorado on Thursday. A police report on Thursday read: 'The person who did the incision would have to have researched the subject of Cesarean Births to achieve the level of accuracy.'State records show Lane holds an expired nurse's aide license.The suspect's husband, David Ridley, told police he returned home to take his wife to a scheduled prenatal checkup, however she informed him she had miscarried and that the baby was in the bathtub.Mr Ridley, who is not considered a suspect, said he found the baby in the tub, turned it over and rubbed its back.He told police he heard the child take a 'gasping breath'.Mr Ridley grabbed the baby and his wife and rushed both of them to hospital. Lane carried the infant's dead baby into the hospital wrapped in a towel and told staff that she had suffered a miscarriage. Despite being covered in blood, she refused to be examined by staff and later admitted to police she had cut open another woman's womb.

Gunmen killed 19 people and sent tourists scrambling for cover in a siege at a museum in Tunisia's capital on Wednesday.The North African nation's Prime Minister called it a cowardly terrorist attack and warned that three suspects were still on the loose.Tunisian security forces killed two attackers as they ended the hostage siege at the Bardo Museum in Tunis, Prime Minister Habib Essid said. But the death toll, which included 17 tourists and at least one Tunisian security officer, could climb.Polish, Italian, German and Spanish tourists were among those killed, Essid said, with another 20 foreign tourists and two Tunisians wounded in the attack."It's a cowardly attack mainly targeting the economy of Tunisia," the Prime Minister said. A 69-year-old Chinese man, Wang Hao, will spend the rest of his life in prison after he was sentenced for murdering his ex-girlfriend and flushing her body parts down the toilet in a fit of rage when she went to his house to demand a refund of the money she lent him while they were dating 30 years ago.Daily Star reports that the 70-year-old victim identified as Lin Chiu, was battered over the head by her ex-boyfriend who became so infuriated that she had the temerity to come to his house to ask for her long term debt.After killing her, Hao used a fishing knife to dissect her into small pieces and dumped the parts in his toilet and flushed down.He later packed the bones and threw them inside a sea in the city of Beihai in southern China where the incident happened.Neighbours living in the same building were said to have caught him after they discovered an unusual blockage in the sewage system and complained to the housing authority, thinking they were pieces of pork meat.The housing housing authority spokesman narrated the strange find:"When officials arrived, they found bits of flesh blocking up the pipes and at first they assumed it was pork.But then they found long hair and an ear and realised that they were looking at the remains of a human body."Police officials arrested Hao after more traces of hair were found inside his toilet."He used his skills as a fisherman to chop her up and strip her bones out and has shown no remorse whatsoever."
