Many people want a fone to have all dere fantasy, but the truth is, even if we have dem the way we want, we still don't utilise half the capacity of the fone. At most it ends up being a camera, or social chat tools...so wats the rant about a certain phone being crap? Worst case scenario you play games with it, soo? Even the smallest of the series, Hot 1, can play games smoothly.


If you need a phone to brag amongst friends, then get an high end phone; if your priority is to show off ( cos I see this as the case of many, trying to show off, impress & intimidate at a low cost); funny how Hunan beings think.

Some of you folks are just impossible. Can't you just stop for a second, reboot your thinking and consider the FACTS. If you ran a business will you depend on only one source of raw materials, one production process and one customer. Is there any nation in the world depending on only one source of energy or one location of its power plants. Is it strategically or economically prudent. Are we resilient or weak as a nation by this arrangement. It is pipeline vandals today. What if it is foreign invaders tomorrow. Are we that daft.

I gave an example a while ago. It was planned that Geregu power plant in Kogi taps gas from Escravos in Delta through some 700 kilometres of pipelines. Is that wise when you consider that Kogi state has un-exploited coal deposits and borders Enugu state with proven coal resources. That will be some 300 kilometres of rail-line to convey the coal. If not for politics and sentiments and the attitudes you guys continue to promote Geregu will be working by now. Is it an issue of coruption so widely touted by this government - no. It is an issue of sentiment, an issue of structure. Nigeria is the way it is because sentiments beclouds objectivity.

The person who took the decision for example to place a gas plant in Kogi cannot be charged for corruption but has damaged the country even worse than a corrupt man. That is why in Nigeria nothing works. From rail, to refineries, from schools to customs services. Every decision is structurally deficient.

Hot 2came out with 19k before the later hike (which is the usual infinix way); 1st few weeks is always cheep, but after a month na OYO you dey. I suspect 25k for d 2gb version before it hikes.

All I need is a better camera & ba3 compared to d previous Hot 2. Ok with the 5" size. I doubt it having Marshmallow, but Lollipop is OK though, just make OTA & OTG possible.

I pray that i will have money to get this when it drops but these must be what i expect. 16mp main and 5mp rear. 2gb and 3gb ram with 16gb and 32gb respectively. Lte plus 4500amh battery with pump charge. full hd screen and 5.5" with 76% screen to body ratio. I do not know much about chipset but i know it will be mtk and price should be 25~28k

Just a quick cap on the leaked specs of the infinix hot 3 phone, the device likely sports a 5.5inch 720p display, powered by a MediaTek Quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz, will feature two versions; 1GB and 2GB RAMs, 16GB internal storage capacity which can be expanded using microSD card, will run Android 5.1 lollipop with XUI OS and there will also be a 4G LTE version and am guessing that will be the 2GB RAM version.

I doubt if this spec is real, cos as u said there is no difference between hot 2(1gb) & hot 3(1gb), infact even with the hot 3 pro, cos 4G is logically not useful in Nigeria. This people better don't try rubbish, coz am already planning to sell my Hot 2(2gb), else will get another brand like huawei/Gionee
