So if for example you placed a sell order of $2000 @ N460 to receive = N920,000.00
Now you shall receive $2000 * N340 = N680,000.00 instead.

We received an email from NETELLER earlier today, just a day after our BOSS birthday celebration lol. In the email message, they stated that our REFUND request has been approved and that we should expect FUNDS in 10 Business days (Raw estimate is 14th of April 17).

On that note, we believe we have been vindicated of all the scam allegations that came up with this case, however, we can't forget in a hurry the loyalty of some of our noble customers here, especially those who trusted and believed in us while this issue lasted. We want to reassure you that TRUEXGOLD will NEVER and CAN NEVER think of, let alone defrauding you, not even for a Billion dollars. We are happy and contended with the profit we make via our exchange fee and commissions.

Above case lasted too long cos we do not have direct control of the matter.

Good afternoon everyone. I'm one of truexgold client that has his money stuck in their neteller account. Early last month, some of use sent funds to truexgold neteller account but his account was banned and he didn't pay us claiming he didn't see the money or that he can't pay just because he receives email from neteller and a mod named puskin was on this thread to back his decision.

Fast forward to March 2nd another exchanger ituglobal advised him on what to do so he can pay his clients and his account was finally closed and he was asked to contact them for a refund on March 9.

Today is March 22 and we have not heard from truexgold. instead of updating us on what was really happening, he has been insulting his clients. you can see snapshot and his comments on this thread.
I had to call neteller this afternoon and explained what happened to them and asked them how long it takes to refund an account and they said 3-5 business days.

last week I tried to login to my account on truexgold's website but it was showing that I don't have an account on their website. I wasn't bothered by this because I wasn't going to use their services again after this has been sorted.

I came to this thread today and I saw that he has been compelling people to register on his site again which I went to his Facebook page to get a sponsor but I still couldn't register because it rejected my email that it's on their database but I can't login.

@puskin, I need you to come weigh in on this matter since you supported them last month. since we can't login to their website and they have changed everything, do you think this guy still want to pay us? do you think it's right for him to close all accounts on his site since he has pending transactions he hasn't paid?

please I need opinion of people on this thread because I don't think he has the right to close all accounts on his website and forcing people to register again since he has a lot of pending transactions.

I'm calling truexgold out to come explain why he's not giving us update on the refund since its not yet 3-5 business days with him.
