Benue is a massive country. The insecurity is to the North along broder towns like Naka. From there to Gboko is more than 2 hits with fast bus with many police stations and army braccks in-between

Even makurdi in that northern sector is peaceful talkless of Gboko way to the south

Oga, if you are planning to come to gboko just know it will take you like 4 months before you will see a vacant house because where they are building new houses is very far from the main town your 100k cant get you a decent self con except room and toilet no kitchen for 50k but you go settle fight tire for the house, but you will surely enjoy that town in terms of amenities like woman, meat and still women only legend will understand

The agents are the reasons houses are expensive for rents in nigeria most especially lagos.

You will hear that a house yearly rent is 500k and you will hear total package is 700k..like almost 50% extra to be paid all in the name of agency fees , caution fees and nonsense things..

Agency fees that is not supposed to be more than 10% , naija agents will charge even up to 40% ..smh

700k total package for 500k is even fair, i see one that has 950k total package for 500k. Mehn this ppl are not smiling at all
