Any lawyer knows it's not even possible to convict that girl under the circumstances. The worst you can do to her is arrest her, release her on bail, and have her attending trial until that charge is struck out or dismissed. For instance, I wonder how anybody can prove that the act in that video was done after lesbianism became a crime in Nigeria. There are also so many other technical requirements that will be highly impossible to satisfy under the circumstances. But I wonder what it will benefit anyone to get that girl jailed after all the trauma she must have been going through. In my opinion, blackmail is what needs to be discouraged otherwise this girl's case will soon turn it into a very lucrative business in Nigeria
