Hello gudday,

I am new here, had our b1 b2 interview on 18th nov we were denied. Purpose of visit Is to have our baby in the USA, applied for another interview on the 22nd. After the interview VO asked to drop our documents for further verification, submitted my call to bar certificate, letter from NBa warri branch, bank statements,my hubby's company registration documents, hospital correspondence and dr correspondence,. that all the VO asked for, and she asked us to go with our passports if they are needed mail will be sent to ask asking us to courier them.

My hubby got mail to come pick up our documents and also stating that the passport been returned is his quoting his passport number and location vi Lagos.

I also tracked our application status it says visa denied.

I tracked the passport numb it says visa granted passport ready for collection

We are confused, has anyone been in this position?

In d spirit of giving back.... I have been a silient reader and I must say dis thread is d best thing dat has happened to me dis year.. I have applied for America visa 3 times with my family for vacation and we have always been denied, today God did it for me. I went with my son and my mum for child birth... Below is my transcript .....

VO: good morning

VO: wat are u going to do in d US

Me: to have my baby

Vo: y America?

Me:cos my baby will have d opportunity of getting a dual citizenship which other countries do not give, and I have always wanted to visit America for sight seeing and dis will b a great opportunity for me and my family to spend quality time together for dis Xmas( meanwhile i have read about previous denial of some people on dis thread who said they are going to give birth in America because of good health care, so I had to say d truth.. )

Me: yes,I have been to UK, China,Gemany,France,and Italy

VO: what do u do?

Me: Am an Event planner and am also into bla bla


VO: what did u go and do in China?

Me: I went for business trip

How many days did u spend wen u went to uk?

Me:1st trip was 3weeks, 2nd was 10day 3rd was 12days

VO:what does ur hubby do?

Me: he owns is own company, is into bla bla

VO: has he traveled b4?

Me: yes, we always travel together as family.


Vo: which School did u attend?

Me:Auchi polytechnic

Vo: ur visa has been approved DHL will send it to u (cos my hubby paid for DHL service)

I was not even interested in d other things e was saying cos I was so scared, meanwhile, I was shaking while answering all d questions... Cos I have been denied America visa 3 times with my hubby..... Am really Greatful to every one that has contributed to dis thread... Thanks alot��
No documents was cheaked, only God can do what no man can do... Houston here I come��
