Sorry i just have to state the obvious here.The design a mobile website with such programs wont help you {wapka.mobi}, hope am not insulting your intelligence but what i will suggest is that you get the right knowledge.
You get a mobile template and customized to taste and it will be sitting on your own domain {wwww.yourname.com} not on one funny domain name wapka.mobi/yourname that not profession

first and foremost i will say you contact your web host provider they are in better position to tell what is wrong and second when do you signup with them if you have not been long with them ..am thinking they are just one of does bad web host provider.Then thirdly moved your site to a Nigeria host where you sure to get assistance in person or via a mail or a phone call.
