I didn't submit directly through the website all because I encountered difficulties and also I saw somewhere on the submit page that I can submit through email and support will forward to the recipient. So that was what I did.

Anyway, I'll keep my fingers crossed and wait for their reply and I didn't receive any acknowledgement of receipt of submission.

Oh, I see. Please, always try as much as possible to submit through the website, that's the safest means. Those guys receive thousands of emails daily and so do not always reply to all emails, especially when they don't come during their business hours. If for any reason at all you cannot submit through your profile on the website, make sure you inform them so they can fix the problem quickly. And you must wait until they confirm recipient of your submission. Also, whenever they confirm recipient of your submission, check your profile immediately, you must have been paid your direct estimated earning.

If you don't get a response from them concerning this problem you encountered, send them another email later, and try and explain your case convincingly enough. You should be given a second chance.

I'm sorry about your experience. Two things are involved here:

1. When you submitted three hours before the deadline, did you fill in the correct assignment code? Are you sure the number you filled in was correct? It happened to me once when I started afresh with them. I filled in a wrong code and thought I had submitted until I received an email hours later that the assignment had expired. I therefore sent them an email to lodge my complaint, and they responded to me acknowledging that I did submit, but filled in a wrong code. They eventually accepted my new submission though, but they warned that putting in a wrong code won't make the system record my submission. I never made such a mistake again. Write them and explain to them calmly, if your submission was good, they would give you a second chance, especially considering that it was an eval assignment.


2. Did you get an email immediately after your submission that your assignment had been received and submitted to the client? If yes, has your direct estimated earning been credited with $2.25 on your profile? If yes, it certainly means that the expired assignment email you got this morning was an error. Send them a message on this, and they would apologize to you. But if no, it means your submission was not recorded which could have been caused by the first problem I mentioned.


Note that whenever you submit, you must get an email under two minutes that your submission has been received and submitted to the client, and your payment has been moved to your direct estimated earning. If you don't get this email under two minutes, you probably submitted with a wrong code. Make sure you resubmit correctly. But if you still don't receive any response, contact support. You should only be rest assured that your submission has been received when you get a confirmatory email.
