Are universities not suppose to produced graduates based on the human capital needs of the economy? what do they mean by the quota system? A system that is failed from inception knowing the graduate will not get employment yet go ahead to grant them admission any way? Yes education is every citizen's right, but the decision to want to go to be educated is sole that of the citizen and this is where inspiration comes in. The system is failing and as a lecturer in foreign universities outside Nigeria, i proffer we go back to the drawing table and ask ourselves what exactly we are doing. we are killing the future of Nigeria as a whole and painfully its in all ignorance. Trust me at this pace, the future seemingly will be alot worse that what it is now.
