Kossyso: Wow. Our people are into pharmaceuticals so much. We need more of such companies in the state. Greenlife, Neros and their likes should all key in. Greenlife pharmacitucal, Neimeth, Dozzy pharm and two other companies were among the companies that signed MOU with Anamabra state government to set-up their companies at new pharmaceutical Industrial park |

globemoney01: Nice hotel wish they had a rooftop bar. Good seeing Awka turn from a rusty dead village to a sprawling city in the last 10 years. There is six storey hotel inside Udoka I thought it will be the tallest hotel in Awka, another person is building another tall hotel and mall simultaneously before NNPC, they're roofing the mall, while the hotel is still going up they're in sixth floor now |

BoldBrainz: The Awka Convention Center is NOT a 10,000 capacity seater please. Go back and read Willie Obiano's masterplan for it and what was eventually put on ground. It sits 7000 people. Anything different from that is all on newspaper pages.

BoldBrainz: The International convention center in Awka has a sitting capacity of 7000 people, 5000 of which sit below while the rest occupy the elevated grounds, with an estimated parking space for about 3500 vehicles and a restaurant. It is only the biggest in terms of crowd carrying capacity, followed closely by the Calabar International convention center with a 5000 crowd capacity, though boasting almost four times the ground space of the Awka center at about 7000 square meters, the CICC sits on a sprawling 35,000square meters of land, fitted with an ultramodern golf course, lounges, massive parking spaces, malls, etc.
But in terms of technological sophistication and modern day luxury standards, Eko convention center is number one in Nigeria, though it sits about a 3000 capacity crowd. 10,000 setting capacity, it comes with two halls, shops, and office spaces and restaurant, it has entrance foyer This is the foyer

worksmart: Almost half way through his tenure and no projects completed, the ones awarded are being abandoned.
N100bn loan taken within first 100days yet no infrastructure on ground.
This MOU with AfrixBank can only be another loan through the back door.
Here OP is trying to accredit to him projects like Awka Millenium City already awarded by his predecessor Willie Obiano.
Someone please prove to me that Soludo is not a scammer. Anu this is state debt profile 2023, ignorant mind Anambra debt isn't upto 100 billion, bitter mind, Soludo made it clear he is yet to borrow 1 Kobo
