When is the deadline for your own submission of legalized documents

I think in his situation, no ranking has been done yet. If I'm correct.... The program deadline (IMSOGLO) is still weeks away, March 1st to be precise...

If he doesn't send it, I fear he might not even be considered when they panel starts drawing up the rankings...
