Like I stated earlier, Abure's tenure ended in March last year so INEC & NLC started the fight against Abure before Otti/Obi joined in. INEC is only saying Labour Party has no executive, hence no Primaries etc.

However legally, INEC is wrong. Similar issues happened between Kingsley V Okey Nwosu, ADC & Anor... The Federal High Court concurred with a faction but the Appeal Court was unequivocal that leadership issues are internal affairs of a Political Party, if the Court cannot interfere, who then is INEC? INEC itself does not have a legal right to disqualify any Candidate whatsoever (see APP v Diri). The Party can sort itself out but INEC has taken a position, then let them approach the Court.

INEC itself is somewhat confused. The Commission recognised George Moghalu whose primary was also conducted by Abure even after the SC judgement, so what happened now?

The Supreme Court ruled that Party matters are internal affairs and that Parties should resolve their issues. Where issues have not been resolved, INEC is expected to stay neutral by not accepting candidates from neither of them

There were sitting governors and national assembly members decamppinhg to opposition during Jonathan. Even the number 4 man, the speaker decamped to the coalition during Jonathan. Peter obi cleared several states in 2023 without a single governor.

Go and find out how state govt sweep all local government council elections.

The only reason Tinubu did not do reasonably well in some APC governed states in 2023 was because Buhari's men were against him at the federal level influencing some states governors. Now he has all the powers of the federal plus the state governors decampping to his Party. Forget it. To defeat Tinubu go ahead with what this his plan.

In 2015 during GEJ sitting governors and sitting National Assembly members were leaving the Ruling party and decomposing to coaltion. I ask again which incumbent has decamped to ADC. No single NA or governor. You think you know more than politicians?

The advent of the ADC shocked them , as it stand the whole north is ADC, if there was any remnant of APC in the North it went with BUHARI. As it stands right now the North is fully ADC. As for the south,Peter obi' s factor has not n cannot change. The love for that man in the ss n se is crazy n there is nothing any stupid governor or Tinubu can do about it.

As it stands now what the APC machineries n policy makers are seriously thinking of is to violently rig the elections in a way that suggests a do or die affair.

Only neophytes will think that Tinubu and his teams dont see the coalition coming...The actors of the coaltions are not small boys for Tinubu to think that they wont have their way. they knew that they will eventually do it, but the plan is to , frustrate their efforts for proper galvanization, make them have an unpopular platform and make them deal with series of problems that will affect their solidification...

Also Wike is not trying to make Tinubu run unopposed, he wanted to frustrate Atiku out of the party which he eventually achieved, then whoever, that will contest under PDP will be a weak candidate or they wont have any. having achieved, making Atiku to go and contest on a less popular party..

it is almost impossible for ADC to win the presidential election...Winning that is a whole lot of tasks from ward to ward to LGS and states, leading to election apparatus. for now they dont even know how to sell themselves...

Right said, Atiku fell for the bait. Atiku is not Peter Obi or Buhari who had some form of cult followership and can contest in any party. Atiku tried it with ACN and it was a woeful performance. The closest he has gone is with a National well structured party with plenty governors and NA members (PDP).

Atiku will perform woefully in 2027 with an ADC party that will not get up to two sitting governors or 5 sitting senators before election
