I am a programmer myself. I definitely appreciate your approach in helping people learn to program.
But, I also do believe that programming, or anything on this planet for that matter, can be learnt only by self-learning.
It's true that coaching classes will guide you on the right path, but then the students that this is all within that specific domain which is not always true.
I, for instance, used to study programming online with help of some of the best blogs:

Would suggest you to encourage students to learn by themselves instead of depending on the teachers.
