in most company questionnaire they ask from which website you heard about the vacancy, they simply want to know the professional and career websites you visit, as the saying goes " show me your friends and I will tell you who you re....just my take on that question.

If I am the HR person and you give me this answer, you have just made the interview difficult for yourself because I will ask probing competency based questions for evidence finding.
'Can you tell me about a time when your passion for excellence helped you produce truly world class results...another one. Another one...with other probing questions.

Though, For excellent candidates, a difficult interview is the surest way to sell yourself convincingly.

Why do they need you?
There are specific functions, skills, competencies as stated in the job advert. Convince them that you have these qualities.

If time permits you, use examples of times you have shown these soft skills/values/competencies to give evidence to your claim.

You must show right there and then that you are different from other candidates, not just by saying you are...you must show it.

Hi everyone, my kid sister's exam was suppose to be today 10am. She got to the center and there was no network, 6am candidate where yet to write when she got there. At about 5pm they were told to go home and reprint the jamb slip for new exam date and venue.

I tried to reprint the slip, but the venue and time remains the same.

those INEC officials at Ibadan North West local government as inefficient. They didn't send message for the screening and they didn't paste any notification as regards the screening but the screening was conducted. This is 2015, they should do things the right way.

What gave u the impression that the sms was being sent by staff of the lga, yet u tag them as inefficient. If Abj did not send u a text do u expect them to manufacture sms and send or if Abj did not give them the list to paste do u expect them to create one from the spirit world. Corper

INEC to distribute PVCs at wards

JANUARY 9, 2015 BY OLUSOLA FABIYI

The Independent National Electoral Commission  has ordered the decentralisation of the on-going distribution of Permanent Voter Cards to Ward levels, in order to enhance access to persons yet to collect their cards.   Before now, the distribution was done at the local government offices of the commission. But distribution of the PVCs will henceforth be at ward level nationwide.   The commission, at its meeting on Thursday, January 8, 2015, resolved that the period for distribution of the cards should be extended. Registered voters who are yet to collect their cards can now do so from 8:30am to 5:30pm daily.   Secretary to the commission, Mrs. Augusta Ogakwu, said in Abuja on Friday that  Resident Electoral Commissioners have been mandated to set up effective monitoring strategies and ensure that the specified hours are strictly complied with by relevant INEC staff.
