Dear VO,
I am a Nigerian with a US green card married to an American and currently residing in the USA. I have a three year old child who is currently living with her mother in Nigeria. I intend inviting my daughter to visit me this Christmas and I'd like to know what documents the mother of my child should submit to the US Consulate for a non-immigrant visa for my child. Thank you.
