Wizkid vividly I recalled back in 2011 dropping smash album”superstar”, with charts topping hits from holla at your boy to tease me, from don’t dull to pakurumo and more,you took the industry by storm,young,energetic and vibrant with unforgotten hits ,captivating voice and immense talent,grabbing awards and gracing expensive shows both home and abroad, no doubt a game changer, a perfect game changer ! Every young kid want to be Wizkid . Here came 2012,year of EME-cee, you took the shine of the crew,laced graceful and lovely hooks on 80% of the album songs,you so fly,hot and invisible. More shows and awards never stop rolling in. Starboy himself never seems unstoppable. And 2013, you seems superfly,you were at your very best,in between controversy and misunderstanding with your then manager (Osagie) and record label,EME Ent,u popped out singles- hits singles! Upto 20 singles ( a whole album) back to back rocking airways, topping charts in just 1yr, 1 year I repeat,smiles..bro here is a piece of advice putting out a lot of songs out in just 1 year is simply going to sell you short you still have a long way to go and no body does that in the world not even music icon Tupac, Jay Z and our very own Tuface idibia. Your style is monotonous- same style,same theme of songs all I heard is baby-baby-baby, huh! People are getting bored of hearing same thing every blessed day ,baby songs will never make you a legend, it will never take you anywhere,fine it will put couple of millions in your account, buy you designer clothes and gold chains and some expensive fancy cars but for how long will that be before the brand Wizkid vanished? Bob Marley,Tupac and Fela Anikulapo kuti became legends basically because of the unrivaled contents of their lyrics about life, reality, freedom and brutality of mankind,they did it for a long time and they did it perfectly. Wizkid, listen and listen carefully,you need to start buying songs like a real professional,you need to go back to your winning team(Osagie and Banky W), let them be in control of your career just like when you guys started back in 2010.Remember these people are well read and older thus they possessed lots of exposure and experience you might never get in the next 10yrs. You need to understand you are a big brand who has a name/image to protect, you need to step up your game, surround yourself with highly educated entertainment professionals not your so called semi-illiterate team.You need to understand the fact that the music industry is highly competitive,growing very fast with new artists springing up every blessed day.They are mean,hungary for fame and fortune and committed and simply want to dethrone you and the rest of reigning established artists. Take time to pen good and meaningful songs,get professional song writers and slap it with classy expensive videos not all those 2- seconds-one-spot videos you are giving us,they are not helping your brand. “Holla at your boy” and “pakurumo ” videos became big hits and highly successful just because their story lines were carefully written- perfect scripts,good directing with high budgets which I believe is the handwork of the master planner himself,Mr. Banky W.”The matter” was a very good song-great delivery, great breath control,lovely rhythm and killer beat but the beautiful song was killed by a cheap and conceptless video. Davido will spend his last penny to get good and well written songs and slap it with classy and High budgeted videos.He wasn’t a freak to have shot 3 videos for his hit song skelewu that shows he classy ,he’s professional, he wants the best,he has big taste ,he knows what he doings and what he wants .I see him doing different styles, very versatile, very diversify,tell me why he won’t grab those MTV awards and swept off heart of fans.Davido is practicing what I called PWMS- Professional Western Music Strategy i.e. buy songs, shoot classy videos and get good results,everybody does that around the world, that’s the professionalism, from Beyonce to Rihanna, Chris Brown to of course,the late legendary Michael Jackson. Banger Lee aka D banj aka Kinniun funfun will also spend his last to get the best producer to give him best of production and world class videos and massive promo same thing goes to the undisputed twins called “P square”.Stop doing things anyhow, stop giving us rush up jobs -production and videos,they are not helping your brand. Be more professional, be more committed, control your temper, control your ego,stop changing managements-it kills,your career,one management hasn’t finished implementing his strategy on you to excel in your career, you sacked him get another and start afresh, bro that’s career s*****e! Respect your management, listen to them they are working round the clock to make you remain at no 1,they are thinking for you to excel,stay humble,they are the drivers of your success,your success lies in the hands of thier great ideas and strategies.Stop the idea of I-can -do-it -by-myself just because you made couple of millions ,got fame and knew some OAPS and Djs, fame and fortune isn’t enough. It has killed many (artists) and will still kill more. Stop tightening hands over your career, you need to spend more on your career, if you don’t, it will die , money will stop coming in and might go broke . Incase you are wondering what this is, it’s no beef just a piece of advice material for you to get things right. Am your no 1 fan, I respect your talent and hustle but I hate seeing my hero falling so has many other music lovers in Nigeria and beyond. I wanna see you doing music and doing it big for the next 10,20 years maybe more. #Copied.

Italy defender Giorgio Chiellini has said he feels for Luis Suarez after the striker was handed a nine- game and four-month ban for biting him during the Uruguay victory that knocked the Azzurri out of the World Cup. Suarez has been banned for nine international matches -- and from all football activity for four months -- after being found guilty of biting Chiellini. But according to the Juventus defender, world football's governing body has been too harsh on Liverpool forward Suarez. "I don't have any feelings of joy, revenge or anger towards Suarez for an incident which happened on the field and finished there," Chiellini said on his website. "I'm just angry and disappointed about losing the game. At the moment, my only thoughts are with Luis and his family, because they're faced with a very difficult period." While saying FIFA was right to punish Suarez, Chiellini said he felt the punishment did not fit the crime. "I always considered the disciplinary measures by the governing organisations to be unequivocal, but at the same time I think what they have proposed is excessive," the 29-year-old added. "I sincerely hope that he will be permitted at least to be close to his teammates during their games, because forbidding him from doing that would be alienating him." |
Manchester United have confirmed the signing of Luke Shaw from Southampton on a four-year contract with the option to extend for a further year. The England international left-back indicated that his reported 30 million-pound move from Southampton had been completed earlier on Friday by changing his Twitter biography to: "Professional footballer at Manchester United football club." The 18-year-old travelled up to Manchester on Thursday to have a medical and agreed personal terms with United after the two clubs were in talks about a fee. Shaw told Manchester United's official website: "I am thrilled and excited to be joining Manchester United. I have been at Southampton since I was eight years old and I would like to thank them and the fans for everything they have done for me. "I want to continue to progress my career and joining United is the ideal place for me to do that. I am looking forward to this new chapter in my life and also looking forward to learning from the world- class players and management at the club." United assistant manager Ryan Giggs added: "Luke is a very talented young left-back with great potential. He has developed immensely during his time at Southampton and has all the attributes to become a top player. I am delighted he has joined Manchester United as I believe this is the right club for him to continue his development as a young player and eventually fulfil that promise." Shaw's arrival follows the 28.8 million-pound signing of Athletic Bilbao midfielder Ander Herrera on Thursday as United, after a slow start to their summer transfer business, have become heavy spenders. Both newcomers will rank among the five most expensive signings they have ever made, along with January recruit Juan Mata, Dimitar Berbatov and Rio Ferdinand. We can confirm that @LukeShaw3 has now completed his move to @ManUtd for the highest- ever fee received by #SaintsFC. pic.twitter.com/ JBSh6oeI6G - Southampton FC (@SouthamptonFC) June 27, 2014 The completion of Shaw's transfer ends United's long search for a new left-back. Former manager David Moyes failed in attempts to sign Everton's Leighton Baines and Real Madrid's Fabio Coentrao last summer. Shaw was scouted by Moyes and, while new manager Van Gaal opted not to pursue some of the targets the Scot had identified, United continued to pursue the Southampton player. Patrice Evra, who has been the first-choice left-back since 2006, has signed a one-year contract extension but Alexander Buttner, who was his deputy, left this week to join Dinamo Moscow. Shaw's fee will make him Southampton's club- record sale and the second member of England's World Cup squad to leave St Mary's this summer after striker Rickie Lambert joined Liverpool. Meanwhile, speaking to Paddy Power before the transfer was completed, former United midfielder Paul Scholes claimed the size of the fee paid for Shaw was bad for English football. He said: "The proposed 34 million pound transfer for the 18-year-old Luke Shaw to Manchester United is another example of something which has a bad long-term impact. "Clubs are priced out of this market which is why they go abroad for cheap options -- they're not better players. For a left-back to be worth 34 million pounds shows how silly the game has gone. For that money I want a centre-forward who's going to score 30 goals a season." Despite Scholes' remarks, United insist the transfer fee is less than 34 million pounds. If you may ask me what this transfer fee paid for an 18 yrs old is called, I would say this is "owo omo go". |

Mikel owns d award |
@op ,, wat r u also doin nw?? |
Nigeria’s John Obi Mikel will go head to head against Cote D’Ivoire pair Yaya Toure and Didier Drogba for the Caf African Footballer of the Year award to be announced at a gala in Lagos on January 9. The trio emerged finalists for the award after Caf pruned the list of 10 players on Monday. Those dropped include Nigerian trio of Vincent Enyeama, Emmanuel Emenike and Ahmed Musa, Egyptian veteran Mohamed Aboutreika, Burkinabe midfielder Jonathan Pitroipa, Ghana’s Asamoah Gyan and Gabon’s Pierre Emerick-Aubameyang. First time nominee Mikel will attempt to unseat reigning player of the year Toure and former winner Drogba. Both Ivoirians have won the award twice, with Yaya hoping to make it three wins on a spin. In a year where national team football accolades will be key to the award, Mikel should expect to get a favourable look in by the coaches of the 53 national associations that make up the voting pool. The Chelsea midfielder led Nigeria to Africa Cup of Nations title in February 2013, helping the Super Eagles defeat the Ivoirians in a testy quarter final encounter along the way. Having won the Goal Nigeria Player of the Year Award for the second time in 2013 among many other accolades, Mikel certainly looks good enough for the African title this term. With key performances that showed him as the fulcrum of the Nigerian side that broke a 19-year barren run, Mikel has placed himself at a vantage point. After all, he is the only one among the trio that has ever won an Afcon title. While the Ivoirians have succeeded at their club sides, they have never been able to bring their talent to bear on the continent. Such is the disappointment that has trailed the so-called Golden Generation of Ivory Coast who have been unable to back up their immense talent with a title at senior national team level. At every point when they had been expected to make their number count, Drogba, Yaya & co. have failed, picking up two Afcon silver medals in 2006 and 2012 and finishing fourth in 2008. Yaya Toure | Can he make it a third straight award? Despite arguments that an award of this kind is supposed to be individual in nature, that is, it should only be about the tantalising goals and headlines that a footballer makes, it will be a disservice to the game if players who win championships as part of a whole group are overlooked. At the Nations Cup, Mikel shone far above the Ivoirian duo as he was named man of the match three times and made the official team of the tournament. He scored a goal at the Confederations Cup and also helped his country qualify for the 2014 World Cup, the first time in more than a decade that a reigning Afcon winner will play at the Mundial.His performances in the past year received lots of praise from many quarters including one major endorsement from Zambia legend Kalusha Bwalya who said on SuperSport: “He’s good enough for the African footballer of the Year award.” Taking nothing away from Yaya’s performances as the Elephants qualified for the World Cup and his impressive displays for Manchester City, Mikel certainly made the biggest impact in African football last year with the Super Eagles. Seven years after winning his last Young Player of the Year award, the Chelsea midfielder surely deserves to win the 2013 Caf African Player of the Year award. source : goal.com |

Judaism, Christianity, and Islam are sometimes called "Abrahamic religions" because they all accept the tradition that God revealed himself to the patriarch Abraham. The theological traditions of all Abrahamic religions are thus to some extent influenced by the depiction of the God of Israel in the Hebrew Bible, and the historical development of monotheism in the history of Judaism. The Abrahamic God in this sense is the conception of God that remains a common attribute of all three traditions. God is conceived of as eternal, omnipotent, omniscient and as the creator of the universe. God is further held to have the properties of holiness, justice, omni-benevolence and omnipresence. Proponents of Abrahamic faiths believe that God is also transcendent, meaning that he is outside space and outside time and therefore not subject to anything within his creation, but at the same time personal and involved, listening to prayer and reacting to the actions of his creatures. History Main article: Split of early Christianity and Judaism Further information: Hellenistic philosophy and Christianity, Origins of Christianity, and Medieval Christian views on Muhammad The development of monotheism during Classical Antiquity was a process of complex interaction between philosophical and religious traditions, specifically between the philosophical monotheism of The One in Platonism and the strict monolatrism of Second Temple Judaism, giving rise to syncretized traditions such as Hellenistic Judaism. The split between Pharisaic/Rabbinic Judaism and Early/Proto-orthodox Christianity was a slowly growing chasm between Christians and Jews in the first centuries of the Christian Era. Even though it is commonly thought that Paul established a Gentile church, it took centuries for a complete break to manifest. However, certain events are perceived as pivotal in the growing rift between Christianity and Judaism. Some scholars propose a model which envisions a twin birth of Proto-Orthodox Christianity and Rabbinic Judaism rather than a separation of the former from the latter. For example, Robert Goldenberg asserts that it is increasingly accepted among scholars that "at the end of the 1st century CE there were not yet two separate religions called "Judaism" and "Christianity".[1] Daniel Boyarin proposes that nascent Christianity and Judaism in late antiquity were intensely and complexly intertwined. The theological split of Judaism and Christianity was complete with the development of the Athanasian Creed during the 4th century and its widespread adoption as Christian orthodoxy by the 6th century. The radical monotheism of Islam (tawhid) as formulated in the 7th century is a reaction to the preceding centuries of Christological debate. The Qur'an makes this explicit by commenting on Christian doctrine, as in sura 2:116, "And they (Christians) say: Allāh has begotten a son (children or offspring). Glory be to Him (Exalted be He above all that they associate with Him). Nay, to Him belongs all that is in the heavens and on earth, and all surrender with obedience (in worship) to Him." For this reason, early Islam was long considered one of many Christological heresies in medieval Christianity, for example by John of Damascus (born c. 676) in his Fount of Wisdom.[2] It was only with the Crusades of the High Middle Ages that Islam came to be considered a separate religion. Contemporary religion Judaism Main article: God in Judaism The conception of God in Rabbinical Judaism is strictly monotheistic. The god of Israel in the Torah is known by two principal names, YHWH being God's "personal name", used when God is depicted as an active character, while Elohim is used when God is depicted more as an impersonal or abstract principle. However according to the documentary hypothesis whilst the hypothetical Jahwist source; the hypothetical Deuteronomist, Elohist, and Priestly source documents all contain numerous uses of the personal name Yahweh, the Jahwist source document is the only one to use the personal name Yahweh prior to Exodus 3.[3] The proper name YHWH, probably historically "Yahweh" came to be avoided for tabuistic reasons in Second Temple Judaism, around the 3rd or 2nd century BC. From that time, occurrence of the name in scripture was replaced by Adonai "my Lord" in liturgy. In Judaism, the Seven Laws of Noah (Hebrew: שבע מצוות בני נח Sheva mitzvot B'nei Noach), or the Noahide Laws, are a set of moral imperatives that, according to the Talmud, were given by God[4] as a binding set of laws for the "children of Noah" – that is, all of humanity.[5][6] Rabbinic Judaism adheres to the view that people who follow the Noahide covenant, are said to worship the one true god with no need of conversion and no need to join a religion to fulfill man's duties to the creator. Christianity Main article: God in Christianity Christianity originated within the realm of Second Temple Judaism and thus shares most of its beliefs about God, including his omnipotence, omniscience, his role as creator of all things, his personality, Immanence, transcendence and ultimate unity and supremacy, with the innovation that Jesus of Nazareth is considered to be in one way or another, the fulfillment of ancient prophecy or the completion of the Law of the prophets of Israel. Most Christian denominations believe Jesus of Nazareth to be the incarnation of God as a human being, which is the main theological divergence with respect to Judaism and Islam. Although personal salvation is implicitly stated in Judaism, personal salvation by grace and a recurring emphasis in right beliefs is particularly emphasized in Christianity, often contrasting this with a perceived over-emphasis in law observance as stated in canon Jewish law, where it is contended that a belief in an intermediary between man and God is against the Noahide laws, and thus not monotheistic. For most Christians, beliefs about God are enshrined in the doctrine of Trinitarianism, which holds that the three persons of God together form a single god. The doctrines were largely formalized at the Council of Nicea and are enshrined in the Nicaene creed. The Trinitarian view emphasizes that God has a will, and that God the Son has two wills, divine and human, though these are never in conflict but joined in the hypostatic union. However, this point is disputed by Oriental Orthodox Christians, who hold that God the Son has only one will of unified divinity and humanity, a doctrine known as Miaphysitism. A small minority of Christians hold non-trinitarian views, largely coming under the heading of Unitarianism. Islam Main articles: Allah and God in Islam In Islam, God is believed to be the only real supreme being, all-powerful and all-knowing creator, sustainer, ordainer, and judge of the universe.[7][8] Islam puts a heavy emphasis on the conceptualization of God as strictly singular (tawhid).[9] He is unique (wahid) and inherently one (ahad), all-merciful and omnipotent. [10] According to the Qur'an there are 99 Names of God (al-asma al-husna lit. meaning: "The best names" each of which evoke a distinct characteristic of God.[11][12] All these names refer to Allah, the supreme and all-comprehensive divine Arabic name. [13] Among the 99 names of God, the most famous and most frequent of these names are "the Most Gracious" (al-rahman) and "the Most Merciful" (al- rahim).[11][12] Creation and ordering of the universe is seen as anact of prime mercy for which all creatures sing his glories and bear witness to his unity and lordship. According to the Qur'an, "No vision can grasp Him, but His grasp is over all vision. He is above all comprehension, yet is acquainted with all things" (Qur'an 6:103)[8] God in Islam is not only majestic and sovereign, but also a personal god: According to the Qur'an, he is nearer to person than person's jugular vein. He responds to those in need or distress whenever they call him. Above all, he guides humanity to the right way, the "straight path".[14] Islam teaches that God is the same god worshipped by the members of other Abrahamic religions such as Christianity and Judaism (29:46 ).[15] This is not universally accepted by non-Muslims, as Islam denies the divinity of Jesus Christ as a son of God, Islam views that God does not have any offsprings or descendants, he created all things including prophets such as Jesus Christ. Most Muslims today believe that the religion of Abraham (which now split into Judaism, Christianity, and Islam) are of one source, which is The Almighty God. Mormonism Main article: God in Mormonism In the Mormonism represented by most of Mormon communities (including The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints), "God" means Elohim (the Father), whereas "Godhead" means a council of three distinct gods; Elohim, Jehovah (the Son, or Jesus), and the Holy Spirit. The Father and Son have perfected, material bodies, while the Holy Spirit is a spirit and does not have a body. This conception differs from the traditional Christian Trinity; in Mormonism, the three persons are considered to be physically separate beings, or personages, but united in will and purpose.[16] As such, the term "Godhead" differs from how it is used in traditional Christianity. This description of God represents the orthodoxy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church), established early in the 19th century. However, the Mormon concept of God has expanded since the faith's founding in the late 1820s. Bahá'í Faith Main article: God in the Bahá'í Faith The Bahá'í writings describe a monotheistic, personal, inaccessible, omniscient, omnipresent, imperishable, and almighty God who is the creator of all things in the universe.[17][18] The existence of God and the universe is thought to be eternal, without a beginning or end.[19] Though transcendent and inaccessible directly, God is nevertheless seen as conscious of creation, with a will and purpose that is expressed through messengers termed Manifestations of God.[17] The purpose of creation is for the created to have the capacity to know and love its creator,[20] through such methods as prayer, reflection, and being of service to humankind.[21] God communicates his will and purpose to humanity through intermediaries, known as Manifestations of God, who are the prophets and messengers who have founded religions from prehistoric times up to the present day. [22] The Manifestations of God reflect divine attributes, which are creations of God made for the purpose of spiritual enlightenment, onto the physical plane of existence.[23] In the Bahá'í view, all physical beings reflect at least one of these attributes, and the human soul can potentially reflect all of them.[24] The Bahá'í view rejects all pantheistic, anthropomorphic, and incarnationist beliefs in God.[17] Source:en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/God_in_Abrahamic_religions |
