JesusDWay:
You can decide based on the explanation i gave. I think normal mail is good enough, since the courier you are paying for is only when they are sending the hard copy to you

mizskyhigh:

But you'll still go if short listed right?

mizskyhigh:
Same here.

Reading through the comments kind of got me discouraged though

Let's see how it goes sha

JesusDWay:
You will definitely submit hard copy but, its not compulsory to pay for courier for them to send it to you. You will get a softcopy, which you can pick the details you need from and use it for your EE application, and since you will only need the hard copy after CIC has chosen you to apply for Permanent Residency(or what is called ITA), there should be sufficient time for the hard copy to get to you by regular mail, which someone said his/her own took just 2weeks. The courier thing is needed when you are initially sending your transcript or when you have to send the response to the verification they usually request for(that is in a case where your school doesn't reply via email as there are some schools that reply via email, which can eliminate the need for replying to verification through postage). Courier may be necessary for those because of time

bolinchin:
Is it compulsory to have the report couriered?I mean will there be a need for one to submit the hard copy at any point of EE processing?cant I just use the electronic copy since EE will have access to WES anyway.I will appreciate prompt response please

homeboy232:
link from Canadian immigration not nairaland link ooo.. Lol. Remember that not long ago two Nigerian female students were deported from Canada for working. It's illegal for students except for those with residential permit

homeboy232:
we no dey fight oo sister , post the link here where it's stated that international students can work in Canada.

homeboy232:
Australia , New Zealand, china, Germany, USA, Finland, ... Students are not allowed to work in Canada.

Nozzle:
everyone paid same thing o! its worse for everyone now cos of the dollar/naira upward surge...
we just hope everything works out well. God dey my sister!
hey twaintoy....redhot says its canadian dollar! sry.

redhot007:
You will need to send a copy of your certificate

JesusDWay:
Its Canadian Dollar, not US Dollar. You will see it when you want to pay and if you will pay using your atm card, you will discover the amount they will remove will not be up to the equivalent of the US Dollar value

Nozzle:
Yes Transcript!...your school is sending it sealed, with your ECA Number on the envelop. You should use a fast courier service - UPS or dhl. You don't need to send certificates.

Nozzle:
Yes USD

Very straight forward process
Go to WES website, click on WES Canada (top right hand corner)
Go to Educational Credential Assessment ECA for CIC Get started
Click on Apply, fill up the form, Pay the fees online
Get your ECA Number...scribble it down somewhere.
Go to your School, Tell them your want to apply for transcript and for what purpose
Chances are that other people processing EE have also done similar thing so they probably have a format/template already.
You need to include your ECA Number on your transcript, so they can identify that the transcript is yours,
You will send the hard copy, sealed and addressed with your ECA Number
WES will prepare your ECA and send you electronic copy to your email.
and that's all you need for the EE process

Ok, I would advice you get a job first before relocating, tho being on ground may make it easier but considering the cost. If you can bear the cost, sure you can relocate.
