Relixy2k: Yes, they arent taking Hnd. Am presently undergoing training. You can submit all the same since it is a consulting firm, they can always send you to another company.

Nothing much. They asked just two questions. 1: tell us about yourself. 2: what does a customer service officer do? That's all. I just hope they call me for the 2nd stage soon.

calabaman: @OP: talking from my experience with MTN customer care when I went for their initial interview I'l say its absolutely mandatory that u familarize urself with GLO products and services...know what it means †̥☺ be ª customer care agent...the required listenning/communication skills u require †̥☺ give quality service †̥☺ Чυя customer...wish u all the best! Don't forget †̥☺ smile ª lot cos that †̥oo is also part of the interview!

I got a text from globacom this morning inviting me for an interview tomorow morning by 9am in their HR Office at Saka Tinubu.
Please, what are the likely questions to be asked?
I would appreciate responses from those who have gone through interviews with globacom and anybody that knows how the interview is being conducted.
