Would u take payments in installments?

Hello all.
I need a 2007 or newer tokunbo Toyota Corolla.
I am willing to pay 20-30% upfront depending on the total cost and spread the balance over a period of 9-12 months.
Then we can agree on a fixed mark up on the current cost as profit for the dealer over the period of repayment.
I am civil servant, so there is a consistent income source to finance the vehicle.
The banks that will won't fund a used vehicle so I have turned to the community for help.

It is practically impossible to deal without interests and the banks that will won't fund a used vehicle so I have turned to the community for help.
