Both are different but is a good buy, i would advice the XLE of the 2003 and limited or LE of the 2004, you can leave the AWD variant. The CE of the 04 isnt bad too if you want 8 seating position compared to 7.

first pix is 03
second pix is 04

2003 is fitted with a 1MZFE 3.0L V6 with VVTI
2004 is fitted with 3MZFE 3.3L V6 with VVTI

interms of maintenance and spareparts the 03 is cheaper, fuel economy is almost identical, 04 is bigger and has more room space. The 04 has middle row glass controls makes aeration easy compared to the 03 which only has front glass controls.

I heard the 2003 model has issues like frequent sludge buildup in the engine and inability to role down the passengers window.

Is this true?

The 2004 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited is a good option with leather seat, 6 loader CD player, rear DVD infotainment etc. You may not bother with the one that has reverse camera as your dad might have no need for it.

The AWD version offers better traction on wet roads & difficult terrains but with reduced mpg. While the FWD offers a slightly better mpg and has a poor handling especially when taking corners.

With a budget of 2.5 to 3M Naira, you should get a decent salvage with little of no damage.

Hello bosses in the house, I want a decent fairly used (tok) Toyota sienna 2004 model for my dad.
Please what is the current price of the Sienna and which version is more preferred comparing LE, XLE, and XLE limited.

Also what do you think about the vehicle? I believe is better than the 2003 version which is also my alternative option.

I just got the first machine in the fleet a 2005 Toyota Sienna LE FWD 8 Seater without DVD, the vehicle purrs like a lion and all that needs to be replaced is the front struts, mileage is 145,000.

Clean title and passed mechanical acid LOL test.

Moving on to looking for its sisters or na brothers i suppose call am?

How come no one is writing about Toyota camry tiny light. I personally prefer it but don't know whether it's better than Honda Civic in terms of fuel consumption.
