You don't sound like someone who is straightforward in business, defining what you mean by factory fault is so difficult for you to do,and then when something happens you would easily deny it, because you never defined "factory fault" .

Which kind of warranty has a duration of 7 days for a smartphone?

If you don't fix for free then its not warranty stop deceiving people calling it warranty, nobody said you would fix a broken screen for free,my explanation is very clear,but you simply act as if you don't understand.

Let me repeat my question again.

What will you do if the phone purchased suddenly stops switching on after some months of usage, without any broken screen nor physical damage,without any fault of mine, Will I pay for the repair or its free?

That enlarged statement above doesn't cover future sudden misbehavior of the device. What if a factory fault develops maybe after 4 months? Because its out of the 7 days you mentioned above.

Or is it not possible for factory fault(whatever that is) to develop later than 7 days?

My gionee phone suddenly refused to switch on after using it for like 6 months(is that a factory fault?) and I took it to gionee office where it was repaired for free(that's the kind of warranty I am asking for). Will you guys do the same if such happens with the product I bought from you?

The lowest warranty I have seen for smart phones is usually 1year and above. The fear of the unknown scares the creep out of him. If you can promise a year warranty then I would jump at your product.

Or you can cut the story short by telling me you don't provide warranty because you are not the manufacturer

You need me to say "When a phone a customer bought from us goes bad by the careless handling of the phone by the customer, I will fix for free for you" and my answer is NO I don't fix for free......Are we clear now??

I use a Gionee M2 Marathon and the phone has in born issue right from the get go (i.e the screen goes white like six times in 1min), I noticed same day of usage,I contacted the seller (a Nairalander) who referred me to the glorified Gionee calcare, nothing could be done and since June 2014 till now, the phone status remained the same)...Hope you know what factory fault is now?.

I never said there is no warranty, I made it clear if the fault is from you.....You pay for it.....I won't paint anything beautifully to gain grounds.

Self Spoilt purchase AREN'T fixed for free.
