Buhari completed Kaduna, Zaria and Kano section of the Road before he left office. Kaduna Abuja was around 40% completiin when Buhari left. The project is still the way it was when Buhari left.

From Kaduna to Abuja which usually takes between 1 hour 45 minutes to 2 hours 30 minutes now takes a minimum of 4 hours. The new contractor have not done anything since they assume work. Kaduna-Zaria- Kano sections of the Road has since been completed before Buhari left office.
