Family / Re: What I Experienced Today At My Friend's Shop. by Typing: 7:53am On Feb 29
Sonnobax15:
Good morning my fellow Nairalanders...How are you guys doing? Hope the economic shege don dey use style dey reduce for una side abi dem don raise am put for gear? grin

Any ways, that's that........ Just yesterday,my keke was faulty....So I had to go drop it at my mechanic's workshop while I left him to go buy some parts he would use to fix it up......... Along the way,I decided to branch my friend's shop who repairs phones and other gadgets, to at least say hi cuz it was long we last saw and chilled together......

Not quite long as we were having our conversation,an Hausa man came in..... Without being told,I realized he was my friend's customer due to the way they both interacted............ Before now,my friend and I were advising his apprentices who were fond of coming late to work......It was then the Hausa man told us his own story....... About how he met an igbo man in Imo state who transformed his life into who and what he is at this moment..........That his igbo boss trusted him so much that most times,he would even entrust in him with millions of naira to go and buy goods for him.........He was even speaking igbo fluently.............

To end the discussion, what really shocked me was the part when he said that tho other Hausa and igbo men may hate each other/one another but he will never do that......That as a matter of fact,he sees and considers every igbo person as his sibling.......I was so damned surprised........Of which I had to remember and think about how some people come online only to bash each other's tribe and religion, but in reality, there's unity and love among us .........

Omoh,Tho I learned a lot of lessons from his story but what really hit so hard on my heart was the fact that tribalism only prevails here on social media but on ground,we all love and need each other/one another to move our lives forward.....

So please,my dear brothers and sisters, let's try as much as possible to shun tribalism and religious sentiments, cuz when we do that,I can see no limit to what we can achieve together,as a people and as a nation........One love from me@ sonnobax✌️

Nlfpmod
Mynd44. Please guys let's do the needful.

Biggest LIE of this century. Igbo are doing everything possible to promote their language online. But in reality, all Nigerians and Foreigners know the truth.

All these attributes to Hausa Fulani girls is not true. Have you been to any mami market (Soldier Market) in the northern region that is where your eyes will open.

Those you see in Mami markets are the same ones he refer to as some Widows and divorcee. Even at the mammi market, 99% of the ladies are Igbo

Unfortunately, people think lecturers earn well. But it's a fallacy. As it stands, I doubt you'll find enthusiastic students yearning to become lecturers. Because they see what their teachers are going through. Today, a full professor struggles to have a decent car. If they have, it's another struggle to maintain them. If the situation goes untamed, the grim consequences are in the short term. Universities will become just like how secondary schools have deteriorated.

ASUU no worth anything. They are a bunch of lazy and incompetent sets of people. All they do is to nag every now and then.

We4all:
Call it satchet water and not pure water. I'd prefer to drink direct water from my tap than the rubbish they call pure water. If you carry out a research, you would discover than more than 90% of the so called 'pure water' manufacturers are not Nafdac approved, which shows how we risk our health everyday just to satisfy our basic needs.

In my opinion, Nafdac is not working at all. Go to the north and see how people are dying daily because they lack clean water. Why would Nafdac who are supposed to protect consumers act lackadaisically and allow manufaacturers flood the market with products that are not certified?

See lies.
North is the only region, where their people still use pipe water from Water Board. In the same North, pure water is still sold for #10.
Drop a link to the news about Northerners dying cause of water.
