I want to share my frustrating experience with with my family nairaland about opay bank . I made a mobile transfer of N1,100 TWICE, but the money was debited from my account without being credited to the recipient. When I contacted customer care, they told me to ask the recipient to call them! Can you believe it? It's not their responsibility to resolve?

The bank should take ownership of the issue and recover my money. Instead, they're shifting the burden to the recipient. Has anyone else experienced this? Share your stories!

With what Nigeria has done for the south Africa , I don't expect this kind of hatred from them. We really tried to make sure apartheid was removed and also for the release of Mandella. Today instead of being friendly to us the south Africans are hostile in many ways.
