Pls house I'm in need of urgent help. My Nokia 7.1 goes off every now and then. Don't know what the problem might be..

My Nokia 7.1 has an inbuilt ba3. I don't know but I doubt the fault is from the ba3. Like I said earlier, I have barely used the phn for a year, as it goes off, sometimes indicating phn shutting down in less than 10-15mins. Though a friend asked me to factory set the phone, but I don't know if that will help.

Pls I need urgent help. My Nokia 7.1 goes off while in operation. I barely operate it for 10 - 15 mins before it goes of. I've done phn upgrade and have downloaded antivirus but to no avail. I'm worried, I need help pls. What could be the cause I've barely use the phone for a year. And pls note, it's not a ba3 issue..
