For those pursuing NUPRC, not a single soul has collected appointment letter till date. All approvals have now been gotten and the lucky ones will be called in few weeks. All the best.

Hhhhh this NUPRC matter hard oo. I visited their office today but the man (HR in particular) said nothing happened concerning employment and was serious, I even told him that I know someone that is my friend that was contacted, he said I am lying if not me definitely my friend is lying. So I became so much confused. I pleaded with him to at least say something so that may be I will take my mind away from the issue. But he insisted that nobody was given any APL. I said tooooo. All is well. Almighty Allah knows the best

Nuprc hasn't done anything yet concerning recruitment, though as i was told by one of their staff upon visiting there office that the list is ready just that there are some internal issues that blocked the whole process. So hopefully if they amicably resolve those issues, people will be contacted.

ECN (Energy Commission of Nigeria) as at 2013 had an entry level salary of N102,000 for Scientific Officer cadre. Pay is just fair, not on the A-list level obviously. New DG has been talking about improving welfare. Generally, the place is a stepping stone, not a place you want to spend your entire career at. Barely perform any tasks, normal government agency with a lot of redundancy.

If you want just any job, then you should push for it. I will like to hope their pay has improved since 2013.
