You guys can't be preparing for interview and not know things clearly stated on their career page... How then can u expect to cross the panel stage when they'll see you as being there ONLY cos you need job??

Go to their career page and know their vision , mission, shared values and --TAC (which is what the fidelity man should possess).

Me telling y'all won't make let it sink in.

Even people got pruned off at the final stage (with MD) cos of simple questions about fidelity they didn't research or their course they couldn't explain

Dress well, speak well and carry yourself well

+ know a bit about fidelity bank

When talking about urself cleverly include ish relating to TAC . (Trust me it gets them)

Also know your current affairs and the latest happenings (I.e ikoyi seized cash)

+be able to answer a few questions on ur course...

Take a bus to Ajah then take keke to abraham adesanya but tell them you will stop at fidelity bank... its just before abraham adesanya roundabout by ur left

I passed the test and dont have my orginal cert from my school and cant get it cos its not ready. Wiĺl i be allowed to proceed to the next level with my statement of result.

the lady at Budo insisted on getting it before the interview

I got invitation for next week. Is o level certificate compulsory, because I have only the online print out, all I have now is my degree certificate, birth certificate (from hospital), nysc certificate, o level online print out,and national id card temporary slip. what do you advise I do?

getting original o level result doesnt take u more than a few hours tops these days once you have paid the required fee... but if you cant get it before ur test date just go with what you have you wud be allowed to write but you have to get the original before interview

Try to read all the past thread and let's stop making unnecessary complain. the HR official will not allow you to take the test with NIMC temporary ID card. go and get a Driver license, Voters card or International passport. you still have time between now and next week. am very serious, pls go and get any of this id card above. For the person complaining of Age issue, well, I wish you all the best. just take a decision dat you will not regret, becos even when you pass the aptitude test, you might be drop in the interview stage. For those waiting to get their NYSC certificate, it all depends on the mood of HR in ur exam center, some applicant were turned back last time, while few lucky one were allow to write, I will advice you, if you stay far away from Lagos, just forget abt the test, becos you might not be lucky. All the best!

Thats a lie those with Nimc were allowed to write but asked to get a valid ID before interview... Stop denying and accept your guilty of spreading false info jare

A drivers license is enough na or voters card... why all these worries about ID

If we were to do the essay, it would have been immediately after the test. I doubt essay would be there this time around. Imagine been invited to come write essay. I doubt

sterling bank uses essay as second phase tests so better start believing ooo

went well... just normal gmat materials i had... the truth is forget about looking for past questions and get ursef better acquainted with the style of questions so when u see a different question with same style or pattern u wont have issues

No interview, just test... I doubt they would allow you without nysc cert ooo... but still try

u should be able to get a bus going to ajah at obalende... when u get to ajah u tk keke to abraham adesanya, the bank is on the other side of the road before you get to abraham adesanya

All those requesting for GMAT 2007, if you have any GMAT just study it instead of waiting, I for one didn't prepare for the test as I have been very busy of recent. Just get familiar with the questions and you're good to go, the only thing with the questions is the passages which are time consuming.

sincerely speaking, its nt compulsory u ve gmat 2007 before u can go for the test.... u just need to prepare urself.... know ur true, false or cannot say stuff, ur simple math (word problem dey oo), comparism in english like aeroplane: wing, ship:........all you need is to put ur mind at peace wen writing the test..... To me i did nt study sha cos av done access bank before. all u just need is God and self confidence.... just believe in urself and dont doubt wen answering questions even wen u dont knw it...... did mine last two weeks n i got 60+.....Dont forget sleep well n drink alot of water before d test. Best of luck guys
