I will tell the doctor about that too, because I feel that too.headache, hotness of the entire head.

All your contribution has really helped simplify my healing process, I am recovering faster, saying it doesn't have cure, won't believe that. the next I visit the hospital, i know what to tell the doctor, I know someone has being through what am suffering now, pls share with me.

I'm not too sure. It's over 15yrs back I took it I was still a teenager then. But it should be one daily. The dosage should be written on the leaflet inside the pack.

last year, yes I feel it one side, hotness of the head too

Normal blood pressure reading is usually 90-120/55-80. If yours is slightly above this then u should be more careful. Cause you are headed for pre-hypertension. From 140/90 and above is hypertension.
If your blood pressure reading falls in the hypertensive range, don't start any blood pressure medication at all even if the doctor insist. Once a person is put on blood pressure medications then such medications would be taken for life.
So I will advise lifestyle modifications.

1. You must be physically active. This can be achieved through cardio and resistance exercises. Avoid been sedentary, even if your job entails it. Once in awhile do stretches, use the stairs instead of lifts.

2.Your diet is very important. You must be diet-disciplined. Always try as much as possible to eat whole foods( foods in their natural state or near natural states). Like fruits and vegetables. Minimize your intake of fatty foods. Steamed or boiled foods are better than fried ones.

3. Minimize your consumption of salt. Maggi and the likes contains monosodium glutamate (msg) and this can quickly raise your blood pressure rapidly. It is in this country, u find someone cooking with salt and Maggi at the same time. Salt and Maggi are the same. If you must add spice, then use locust beans.

4. Minimize your stress-level. For me once it is 10p.m my system shuts down till the following day. You must have at least 7 hours of restful sleep.


5. Minimize your consumption of junk foods like indomie, shawarma, barbeque and the likes. Do you know that cat-fish pepper soup is as dangerous as eating pork??


6. Avoid carbonated drinks like Pepsi, coke and the likes. The best thirst quencher in the world is WATER.


This lifestyle modification is for a lifetime. You will see a remarkable change in your body system.
Trust me it is not going to be easy but you would be better for it.

When I had migraines was way back in high school and I remember it was a drug called cafergot the doctor prescribed for me and it worked for me. That was years back but you could inquire/Google it and see if they still produce it. By the way, first of all make sure you check your B.P because a high B.P causes such headaches so you won't be taking the wrong medication. Please take care of your health.

I will advice you get a blood pressure monitor, it is very important. With 20,000, you could get a good one cos there are so many sub-standard ones out there.

If you have a partner, u could also increase your sexual activities. It helps also.

Migraine headaches could be triggered by different things but I personally don't think it wise taking advice from someone you don't know online on your health. They could prescribe something you've never heard about and it might worsen the situation. Just my opinion.

Edit - to those who may be wondering about my username, I created this account whilst trying to help two kids who were victims of rape.

Our 4th anniversary was few days ago, as I thought she would , my wife forgot the date. It ordinarily would not have hurt me so much but I have always had this feeling that she doesn't love me.

When we were dating she was all over me. But nothing I do ever since we got married gets appreciated. Few months ago she hurled abuses on me for helping a sister, a friend of hers, who lost a child and are homeless. And what's the help? Just 100k. Apparently I enjoy abandoning her need for others. coming from a woman who few days earlier was saying I had invested over 2m on her business in a short while ( by her own calculation, as I don't take note when giving her money ).

I told a mother figure in church who is close to both me, her and the family I helped who corrected her. Expect if she will apologise tomorrow.

Off course the lady I helped in question is idiotic but I can't bear her and house and kids being homeless especially after losing a child.

My wife will never apologise when she does sometime I object to. Her apology which is often done in the most demeaning way is only tendered if I take the issue over board.

Our sex life since we got married has been poor to the extreme. I have ensured I do not cheat, not for a single day but I constantly have to beg for sex or masturbate to relieve myself.

Till date what I got in form of apology is, "I would have told you". She was planning to travel by 5am, I heard her conversation by 10pm a night before and we slept on the same bed.

2. Sex at least 3 times a week? I stopped trying to initiate it after so many rejections.

3. Not to forget important dates such as our wedding anniversary?

4. To at all time be the one making my meal.

Please note she practically doesn't work now. We are setting up a fashion house for her she has taken over 3m from me as of the time of writing this. Note my cloths go to dry cleaners. Only thing she does is cook my meal ( when she wants ).

I am beginning to think maybe I am a mental health patient who doesn't know yet. Maybe something is wrong with me and I am just reacting based on that?
