Deo, y is ur federal government putting interest into a private business that can be taken care of by the owners though ranching?
Y waste tax payer's money on RUGA when such amount can be used to revive Ajaokuta power n steel company that will be far much beneficial to the whole country and beyond. Ajaokuta alone will create enough job opportunities more than RUGA, will turn Nigeria into a world power
