It is no surprise that UNICAL undergraduates are failing massively. The university is culpable by lowering admission requirements to the most ridiculously low and mediocre level that should make every serious employer not to take any product of UNICAL serious.

The University of Calabar has been admitting failed JAMB candidates yet the federal Government keeps subsidising such mediocrity.

It's completely unacceptable to have any Federal Government funded school to be admitting students who fail JAMB. It's ridiculous.
