Mine is worst, even though I vow not to eat suya, I still end up eating it.

Avoid tea, avoid peppery food once is late, if you must eat or drink tea, let it be 7pm

If you eat, don't sleep immediately, if you must sleep, be in a sitting position and sleep

Thanks loads for the info....the plenty onions I demanded with the suya was also part of the disaster that was divinely averted

It happened to me awhile ago ..just got back from a sit out watching football,took a bottle or two,came back home,ate hot meal and slept off immediately because every other person at home wasn't back from a church program. Suddenly woke in the middle of the night feeling choked, couldn't breathe,only much water I had drank earlier was coming out from my nose feeling pepperish due to suya I ate......na so I sidon reason say to die na one second play.......God I beg oooooo.....see beta English*acid reflux*

Calm down and reason like a human for at least once .......Natasha wanted to out pace her shadow. Were it for the suspension alone,she would have resumed jejely. But no,women emancipation and independent women mantra wouldn't allow her think ahead....she went to court. Now that her case is in court,she gatz to present those "evidence(s)" she has been holding close or abi inside her heart since. Logically and legally,she can't resume till the outcome of the case.
