so do you inform the home office of the deferral to January? that will mean the school provides an updated CAS number so that reflects on your visa when it's eventually granted.
I think you should communicate this to the school and see if you can save your visa fee.
If the application you made is granted on same terms, it's already a wasted effort.

For administrative review it is previously submitted documents that would be considered. They would not consider new information- that is why it is called an administrative review.

The link is rejecting the email address, it shows page not found as soon as I click on it. This is why I haven't been able to upload my documents.

I have email evidences and acknowledgement mail from UKVI that confirmed additional documents submitted.

I have copied the email address, sent a direct mail with my documents attached yet it didn't go through.

What could be the cause?
Do I need to get someone that's resident in the UK to help me upload my documents?

you should have asked for this advice before now. do you have family in the UK? by this question, I mean where you can live without paying rent for at least one year.

No I don't have. However, my Visa application was refused on the ground that I didn't submit additional documents as requested. I have done administrative review, sent mail to the school with email evidences of additional documents I submitted. The striking thing is that the decision was made on the 19th of September but I got the mail on 11th of October after several paid call enquiry.

I hope everything goes well and the decision is reversed as soon as possible.

Good day house,

I had my biometrics on 22 August, on 29 August, UKVI requested for additional documents which I sent on 30 August. Since then I am awaiting decision on my Visa application. On 23 September, I maid a paid call and was informed that a decision has been made on my application. On 25 September, I repeated the paid call as it's already past my start date, I was told that a decision has been made.

I wrote a mail to my school and a start date which was due to expire on 27th September was extended to 4th of October. On the 2nd of October, I wrote to the school to inform them that I hadn't gotten feedback on my application. I also asked that they give me till 7th October citing the previous paid call where I was informed that my documents would be returned on or before 3 October. They responded and asked that I should let them know as soon as I receive my passport on the 3rd so they'd extend till 7 October in order to allow me time to travel to the UK.

On the 3rd, I wrote a mail to the school after I didn't receive confirmation mail. The school replied and advised that I cancel my Visa application on the ground that I won't be allowed for late enrollment.

I escalated on 30 September, and am yet to get feedback on my application.
Has anyone experienced such delays?
How long does it take to treat escalation? Please what could be the reason for this delay?
Please I need advice.
