Low rpm at operating temperature..when I switched on a.c..rpm goes to 200rpm..

I have the same problem , my RPM is below 800 and doesn’t make my AC to chill, at cold start it works fine but when engine warms up the RPM drops to 500

We are getting there. Go read about manual compressor. Search for manual compressor here on nairaland. The manual compressor is one of the reason your rpm is going low. It makes the rpm unstable. The right compressor should be auto

I had same issue with my 2005 Camry last year. After scanning ABS was bad and air filter dirty. After replacing both and cleaning the throthle body, RPM has been stabilized till date. it stabilizes @ 800

as someone stated below, there could be vacuum leaks

Carmy 2002 rpm is always low or flat low whenever the .ac is on...
I have already serviced the throttle body/sensor...
Cleaned the air filter
Changed the throttle pedal sensor
Still the problem persist.. especially when the car is at running temperature...
