It is confirmed that the Eluku Festival of Ikorodu Town will commence from Saturday 26, August 2017 to Tuesday 29, 2017.

There will be strict movement restriction for residents and visitors to Ikorodu Town from 11pm till 6am everyday till the festival comes to an end.

The restriction is as part of the traditional ceremony for the annual Eluku Festival in the community.

Please note that this restriction is required of both the male and female gender.
Even Indigenous who are not sure of himself as someone who can participate in the festival should stay indoor at the slated time.

Once again, it is advised that Residents of Ikorodu (Indigenous and Non-Indegenous) should be in their homes from 11pm till 6am everyday from August 26th to Tuesday 29th, 2017.

Don’t fear or panic, Ikorodu People are peace loving people.

Just obey the law by being in your home before 11pm and make sure it’s 6:30 – 7am before setting out.
