Going by your assertion, if PDP cannot present Ekwunife, it then means, they are not participating in the elction. It is only Ekwunife that could have benefited from that Supreme Court judgement but she ran faster than her shadow. If you like twist it anyhow you like. Peter obi or any other new person can never participate in that election.

The Pdp went to court compelling INEC to include them in the election. This is not the tribunal matter, ds is not an appeal against the tribunal or court of appeal judgment. In d first place, the court of appeal erred to nullified the election, they never had jurisdiction to have done that. Pdp has gone to court to enforce their own right to field a candidate. This is not restricted to Anambra, same thing happened in Plateau state.

This is a rerun and not a fresh election. Whether the court of appeal erred is not up for discussions. The judgement has been given and cannot be reversed. Even if PDP is allowed to participate in the elections, they can never field a new candidate. Peter obi is just wasting his time

if the national assembly election matters got to the supreme court, majority of the cancelled election would have been reserved. Even if the appeal court doesn't entertain it, the supreme court will do the needful.

The supreme court has no jurisdiction over national assembly elections. They don't even have the right to hear the case. The decision of the appeal court it final.

Waste of time. The court will not be foolish to reverse its ruling, besides ekwunife is no longer in pdp
