Yes i did. I did not go along with the affidavit when i went for my interview. I was asked to bring it along during the children's interview with my dads idcard that has his signature on it. So came with his expired drivers license as he is old. To the Glory of God my Father i received my passport today.

I went for my interview on the 6th of January and my kids 29th. We have been asked to submit our passports and insurance.
