Hello house, I need suggestion please, I recently got two job offers and doesn't know which one i should opt for.

The first job is one of the federal government agency, I have done documentation only waiting for IPPIS which is almost 9 month now. While the other job is not an agency, but is under FCT administration have also done documentation, only waiting for posting

They both have almost equal pay. 8k different. Which is better and have more prospect
