They promised to issue a bank guarantee letter at a cost of $12,000 USD but insisted that I should make an upfront deposit before they will commence.

I made an upfront deposit of $3,825 USD between April 18th, 2025 and April 24th, 2025.

They sent the bank guarantee letter but upon verification by the bank, the bank guarantee letter was classified fake with a fake banker's email address.

So I quickly requested for a refund which they have failed to return.
