An agency is really frustrating my life, i was on my own doing the little hustling i was doing even though it wasnt tangible enough, this agency offered me am appointment through the facilitator last year, they did documentation for me, and since then, no any information about capturing, this is the 14 to 15th month after been documented, even the facilitator is tired and frustrated too about the whole thing..

Brother, sincerely speaking, forget about NMDPRA recruitment for at least the next 3 years. I strongly doubt any recruitment can take place there. They are currently overstaffed while in contrast, NUPRC staff are over-stretched.
I can't mention certain things here but NUPRC is currently faring way better than NMDPRA financially, revenue-wise, welfare-wise etc. And NMDPRA has almost twice the staff strength of NUPRC, with a lot of redundant staff in NMDPRA. CCE refused to accept staff from ACE because..........(can't explain further)
Hopefully, with the commencement of operations by the Dangote Refinery, the PH refinery, the Warri Refinery, and the BUA Refinery in 2025, things will begin to brighten up in NMDPRA as they are entitled to 1% of all revenue accrued by all Refineries in Nigeria annually.

Lol. At a certain stage of our life, money isn't the only determining factor in making a decision. Factors such as carrier progression, passion for the job, environment, personal conviction, and goals play more vital roles. For instance, if you are employed as SM in NDIC and at the same time PM at, let's say, SEC, you may likely choose SEC over NDIC due to the GL difference, regardless of the mouth-watering pay package NDIC is known for. A friend left PenCom for an Agency that pays much less but with 2 GL (6 years) ahead of his previous position. Another turned down a better NPA offer because he can't cope with the "madness" in Lagos. Someone was looking for who to take the NCDMB slot in his family but "none was willing to go and live in Bayelsa". A lady quit her CBN job and open a school, she paid for Hajj (again) on the ground that her previous Hajj was paid with the CBN money... She wasn't sure if it was accepted or not, but now she paid with Halal (pure) money, (as she put it). I know someone who left the office of the Accountant General of the Federation when his juniors (in the same office) were busy buying mansions at Jabi, Guzape, and Life Camp... A friend left NDIC for FIRS due to GL differences, another is heading for NERC. There're a plethora of reasons why people decline or quit a seemingly good job. Everyone in this life has a story to tell but if what we see is all we can see, then we've seen nothing. I wish everyone here success.

Yes, workforce matters but here, staff strength is not the reason. “Industry standard” is the most important factor. NUPRC, NCDMB etc …(O&G agencies) have their pay benchmark.

So an elite politician was narrating in an interview yesterday how his daughter secured NUPRC job. She served there and they refused to retain her until she carried her father’s phone and called Mr President directly.
001 picked thinking it was her father.
NUPRC gave her job sharp-sharp.
