I'm just imagining how's these trainees (for now) will work ( as employee)will discharge their duties. Will they work as National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) officials or as medical personnel in an advisory role ( since they say smokers are liable to die young)or as security agent that will arrest people who smoke indiscriminately in our society, just explain to us Mr. commissioner. People are not happy smoking, but they are doing that because that's the only way they can forget the hardship facing them.

oop this will not be like ten thousand jobs created by Ikedi Ohakim's government.
