There's this lady working with me for some months now. I have been doing everything in my power to support her training and also in some other areas.

I am a Christian, and to win her over to God's side, l have endured many of her not too good characters. She goes out, leaving her job for hours. No permission before going out and she won't even acknowledge your presence when she returns.

I have sent her away on several occasions, but people came around to plead on her behalf.

One of the worst of her character traits is that she doesn't know how to apologise for her wrongs.

I was totally fed up today when she left for four hours without telling me, so l asked her to take her belongings and leave, never to return.

I noticed her bad influence has started to rob off on others.
Did l do any wrong asking her to leave?
