Nice one. Am beginning to take this government serious.

When checked, one will discover that this accident was speed induced as the damage to vehicles on impact is massive. The higher the speed, the higher the calamity rate. That is why I support 100% the use of speed limiters by motorists. The advantage far out pace the disadvantage. RIP to the dead. My humble submission.
