Guys, what would be the easiest way to fund a GTB dollar card without having to manually go to a Bureau de Change to buy dollars?

Sarcasm of course, being gay is much more than a guy sticking his penis into another dude's anus, which of cos some heterosexuals do with girls. I have an important question here.
